Raab: It Was Self Defence
DOMINIC Raab gave a guarded response earlier to the US air strike in Baghdad.
He told Andrew Marr, “We understand why they did it.”
“They have a right to self-defence. It is not an act of war.”
The Foreign Secretary said he was aware of it "as it happened" and that he wants to de-escalate the tensions.
