Former young tory and Conservative Future Executive member and famous U-sKIPper Alexandra Swann has announced she is to address UKIP National Conference on Friday just a couple of months after she spoke at UKIPs' south-east conference in July on how to poach tories.
Swann has enjoyed much coverage since her migration, this proves as another example of the former CF'ers extraordinary rise up the UKIP ladder.
